I’ve included some photos too. I especially loved the wide selection of desserts! This cookbook is for everyone, you don’t have to have IBS to benefit from eating a low-fodmap diet.   • 5.0 out of 5 stars from Morgan Knox -- Delicious recipes with an easy to follow meal plan : I am new to low FODMAP, but definitely not new to using a diet to help with my IBS. After a particularly bad flare up and severe discomfort I decided it was about time to deal with this once and for all, but this time be very strict about it and use a proven plan. I ordered three other similar books, and this one has the tastiest recipes...by far. This diet is all about limiting various foods that cause you gastrointestinal problems and because of this, having great tasting recipes is absolutely essential. The recipes in this book are much lower in refined sugars and contain more common and easy to attain ingredients compared to other books I purchased. This is an easy and informative read with a ton of delicious recipes. I'd like to note that this isn't a cookbook for only those with IBS or other digestive issues.   • 2.0 out of 5 stars from Mr. Dragonfly -- Uses many high FODMAP ingredients : The recipes include many HIGH FODMAP ingredient such as Chickpeas and lentils, for example. The list of low and high fodmap also contradict one another, both containing Soy milk. I do not know the credentials of this author, and I can appreciate work from someone with experience, but I'm disturbed that a book is sold to un-beknowing individuals just starting on the FODMAP journey. I bought the book for 3.99 so it was an okay starting point to get idea and modify recipes without a huge investment, but if you are new to FODMAP, use the Monash University app. Monash University has tested so many foods and you can check all the ingredients in each recipe to ensure it won't cause issues for you. The restrictiveness that most of the websites I visited described was quite considerable, and the dishes did not look appetizing at all. There also seemed to be a lot of information about the Low FODMAP diet, but not real instruction manual on how to actually do it. All I wanted was something simple to follow so I could get rid of my stomach pain, not a university level biology paper to tell me where my body was malfunctioning!
